Shipping policy
At K Country, we pack every order with care from our small family-run workshop in rural Queensland. We appreciate your support and aim to make the shipping process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Processing Times
Ready-Made Items:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
Custom orders require a 2-week processing timeframe before they are shipped. This does not include postage time. Please keep this in mind when ordering personalised or made-to-order products.
Shipping Within Australia
K Country ships Australia-wide using standard tracked shipping only.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.
- Orders under $150 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and size.
- Large or heavy items (such as cowhide rugs, leather goods, timber items or bulk orders) may incur higher shipping costs unless your total order qualifies for free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
K Country is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Delivery Delays
As we operate from rural/outback Queensland, delivery times can vary depending on your location, courier schedules, weather conditions and public holidays. While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, delays once your parcel is with Australia Post are outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will lodge a case with the courier, and outcomes such as refunds or replacements will depend on the courier’s investigation.
We take time and care to package every item securely.
No International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
